Holiday Riviera Apartments

This place is gone downhill. As of 2 years ago they raise your rent 8% every year. They do let you have pets and almost everyone has a dog. Barking is out of control and this place feels more like a hotel and a dog kennel. Problematic pluming and constant construction going on. I wound look else where to live. Constant turn around with rent being raised every year.

I've lived here for a year so far and I love it. It's hard to beat living right across the street from the ocean. Most units have just been renovated too, so all-new carpet, cabinets, appliances, tubs/showers, and granite countertops. Riviera Village is a 10-minute walk away, where there's numerous restaurants and little shops to explore. Then the famous Redondo Beach pier is about a 20-minute walk away. Management is very friendly too. Lucky to be living here!

The location is like a vacation. Three stories, ocean views with the sound of the waves crashing twenty four seven. Walk out the front door and cross the street to the strand. This complex has one and two bedrooms, front units with 180 degree views of the ocean-from Palos Verdes to Malibu. Interiors have light carpets crown molding and mirrored closets.
