Nightmare exists
Have had to live with toxic neighbor (behind the wall) in the community. GGE did nothing about my complaints in regards smoking and violations of the ordinance (party all the nights). I suffered half year till the ens of the lease. GGE should have been to terminate his lease agreement, but nothing… wish you good luck if you decide to work with them.
Broken grill (no gas supplied), but was advertised everywhere.
Dirty pool.
Missing packages.
Stinks of mold around community.

Don’t live here
My apartment has flooded 5 times since I’ve lived here. The management has never done anything to make that right. The pool has been closed for a year and the fire system has been beeping for weeks (does it work?). Roof work is constant and trash blows down from that into my doorway constantly. I couldn’t access my garage for one whole year with no compensation or apology. The management doesn’t care and the owner is hands off.
