Incredibly negative experience

Prepare to retain a lawyer when you move out unless you're ok with being taken advantage of.

Poorly constructed

I've lived at radius (in building 620) for close to a year, and the ceiling shakes with even normal walking from the people who live above us. Everything is constantly breaking -- our door to the balcony doesn't close property, shower head malfunctioning, shelves in the kitchen literally fell down causing our cups to break. The management changes every couple of months, no one is available to follow up your complaints. It's billed as a luxury building but is not constructed like one. Save… your money, go to one of the myriad of other apartment buildings in redwood city.

Extremely bad experience

Extremely bad experience:
1. Booked appointment with 0 apartment available.
2. Came here, waited for 10min with no one showing up
3. Unprofessional staffs.

Definitely a HARD NO to this company and this apartment.

It's a pain to pay

Their portal doesn't allow automatic payments for utilities and therefore I have to log in every month to their horribly painful to use portal and make a payment.
