How Is This Rating Determined?

Poor management

Lived here for a while and the new management is not up to par. The on site manager will direct you to call her friend. When you call her you are lucky to get a response. If you do maintenance does not show. The stairwells are filthy and they smell like pet urine. The on site manager is nice but they need to bring back the old cleaning crew once a week. I am moving because now we see roaches yuk.
