This is such a bad apartment complex with really bad management. They shut down water whole Saturday morning without giving you a notice. You complain about roaches; they do nothing about it. Roaches are no joke. They even come to your bed at night. The traps don’t work even you change them once every 2- 3 weeks. Don’t get me wrong. We are pretty clean family. It’s the building that’s very old. You can’t do anything about it. You do need a pest control. You complain, complain and complain and... guess what manager doesn’t care. She doesn’t do anything about it. Manager doesn’t even stay in her office. Someone else lives there. On top of it, very overpriced for an apartment with no central air. Trust me it gets burning hot in summer till early November. You’ll regret not having central air. If you are gonna pay this much rent, you better have central ac. But my advice is just stay away!
