Home sweet home!

I’ve lived in 2 different states and apartment hunting in California came with a set of challenges I was not prepared for. The amount of things that were considered standard in other places that isn’t a requirement here was alarming. Not to mention 80% or complexes I reached out to used AI bots for texts, emails and calls. I say all that to say Lupe at Sherman Way is an absolutely ANGEL! She went above and beyond to adjust her schedule to accommodate me for a tour. She was beyond helpful during… the application process and over she is just so polite and pleasant and you can tell she cares about her residents. The property itself is very well kept and I am excited to make this place my home. Lupe don’t ever leave! I have my first home in California because of your kindness.

Passionate and informative!

Lupe was very informative about the neighborhood and the apartment complex. You can tell she’s very passionate about her job and cares about her tenants. I took a tour for a 1 bedroom and 1 bath. She was very helpful and warm. Thanks Lupe!

INFESTED DO NOT RENT HERE

I lived in these apartments for a year from 2022-2023. The management is terrible and it’s completely infested with bed bugs and roaches. I had roaches in all of my belongings no matter how much I cleaned and got fumigated. My AC broke I was in 100° living conditions with dogs and because of the roaches my dog got sick. They won’t fix anything and are super rude. When they gave me a potable ac it was completely dirty and broken. They don’t care at all please do NOT rent here. You guys are… insanely terrible and don’t care of the health of your residents. I am not the type of person to complain but wow that year of living there was like hell.
