Rent cheaper but at what cost

Roaches and spiders!!, office hours from 1 to 5, they never answer the phone, horrible apartment insulation. If they could fix the bug problem Id actually try to attemp to stay.

Not worth the hassle !!!

The staff is very rude and unprofessional, The have no manners or respect for other peoples privacy. I attempted to rent from them they ask for way to much information. The office hours are a joke from 1-5 and they NEVER answer the phone. Please don't waste your time going there.

Good location and decent for what it is

The location is great, there are plenty of stores and within a short walking distance, a liquor store right across the street, a 711 on the corner, a hair salon right next door and a Mexican restaurant on the corner. As far as location goes this is the best place I've lived since everything is very close by.
The apartment itself is decently sized, the only complain that I have is that the master bedrooms for the 2 bed apartment doesn't have a full bathroom.
My one big complain that I have about...
the apartment complex its the parking lot, the driveway its a bit small and the lines for parking spaces are usually ignored because of their small size and people often parked crooked. Depending on your luck your assign parking space can all the across the complex like mine was when I first moved here, it was latter changed to be more close by my apartment because someone left.
The other downside its that you don't get a lot of options for paid TV and only get ONE option for internet and that's AT&T U-Verse, which sucks and it's way overpriced, for paid TV you only get the option for DISH network, AT&T U-Verse and you also get the option for Direct TV but last time I checked it has to be installed by third party and they charge extra every year. The one big thing that really bothers me and almost made me drop the rating to 3 stars it's the internet. Around the area there is both AT&T U-Verse and Time Warner Cable, apparently TWC got told that the apartment complex didn't want them here so everybody it's stuck paying a maximum of around $70 for 24Mbs, compared to TWC for the same price we would get 300Mbs. Even if you don't know about networking you know that 300 is obviously better than only 24.
Overall the community mainly keeps to themselves I've never had problem with anyone, it's a very good location if you want to save little bit of gas, and the price is fair for the size and location. The only things that is holding it back from a perfect score is the parking lot and their denial of TWC.
