Responsive Until It's a Maintenance Issue, Leaks and Mold.
The property management here is awful and nonresponsive. My unit has had a leak that was never addressed or fixed, and now they've decided to knock down the interior wall. This has led me to not be able to leave the unit and they are not timely with fixing the issue. When I inquired about hotel accommodations, they told me to go with my renters insurance. My renters insurance sent them an email asking for additional information, and they've never responded.
I am still paying rent and have been... living at a hotel for now two weeks. I went back to the apartment yesterday only to see them not make any improvements. Do not move here.

Mostly good however the trash pick up is inconsistent which is unfortunate. We pay for a service and the company is not upheld to show up as scheduled. Will likely discontinue service due to not being compensated for non service. It’s the principle - the credit may be a few dollars but I’m expected to the full amount for service and if I decided to pay a few dollars less than the actual fee, I’m sure the company will be looking for full payment in order to render services. Unprofessional.

I’ve been making maintenance requests but no ever ever comes to complete the task.
Also, in previous years we had gift wrapping in the community room. This year’s that’s been taken away….

It’s a lovely place to live. Each apartment has its own balcony that is private with the tree branches, it does have a view. Your own carport or garage. Air conditioning and hearing, it does get hot in October. A swimming pool, jasuzi, bbq and gym. Check it out, I’m sure you will love being a resident here, too.

Be careful
Finally tomorrow was our move-in date and today we come to take the key. But apartment we supposed to move-in was very different than what they’re advertised ( worse ) way different layout. The lady who was working with us said the apartment has attached garage but it doesn’t , it was detached garage. We never get to tour our actual apartment because it wasn’t ready so she showed us different unit and she said it is same layout. Nooo it’s very different layout , it was totally different . This... was very stressful We have been back and forward with this place more than a month there were always something Example: 1.make an appointment for tour never in office on time always let us wait 30-40 min 2.fist time they said apartment will be ready beginning or the November then it backed to middle of November 3.missed us up like this right before move in date at least you can do is manager should have come out apologize for the inconvenience they caused us... nope..
Our move in date is tomorrow....... so we canceled Manager didn’t apologize for it Very unprofessional never experienced this before Be aware people!!!!!!!!!!!!
