The leasing office ONLY cares about money. They don't care about the residents in the SLIGHTEST. They overwork maintenance, don't address apartment problems until they absolutely have to, and are VERY deceitful when addressing any concerns. There was a water heater problem (took 30 mins to get hot water) since Oct 2022 and they REFUSED to do anything about it until March of 2023 when the water heater was beyond repair. I have lived here now for over a month, and what ever you do, do NOT rent here, these people are very decieving and untruthful about the lease. I was told in order to reserve my spot here at the apartment that I needed to sign the lease, then Brooke would screen my credit to see if I would qualify. Later on the next day I found another place to live and I didn't want to rent here; I was told by Brooke in the office that if I did not get a guarantor or pay them 3 months of rent in advance that I… would be sent to collections for breaking my lease, of which I didn't even pass the screening process yet!
This is a terrible place to rent from, I have been staying here with a friend and they are infested with roaches and take forever to fix something when it breaks. Do NOT rent here!!!!! Read More

Renting here,is like joining a big family. Staff is great,and they make you feel right at home were you belongHeaven on Earth!!! Grounds are well kept,and is also pet friendly.Aww!!!! What a way to live Hurray!! Campus Crossing Riverside!!!
