Not the best apartments
Definitely affordable, but the living conditions aren’t the best.
There are bugs, maintenance comes but doesn’t really mind your schedule or the requested dates that’s available for you to have fixing done.
Property manager doesn’t get back to you when you reach out.
They don’t give you an in person tour so you don’t really get to see how bad the conditions of the place is.
I only recommend if this is a VERY temporary situation and you aren’t planning on spending time in your apartment.

We take pest issues seriously, and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Our... maintenance team is available on-site and works daily to resolve requests as quickly as possible. They should always respect the availability windows residents select, and we’re reviewing this to ensure better coordination moving forward. We also apologize if communication with management felt difficult. That’s something we take accountability for, and we’re working on improving our response times so residents can get assistance when they need it. Regarding tours, we do offer guided tours of our model units, which accurately represent the layout and features residents receive. We understand that seeing a unit in person is important, and we are working on offering more flexible touring options.
