Poor management
The units are infested with roaches, I've been waiting a good four months after they have received medical papers from the doc to install a grip bar for tub so my mother can bathe. They pick and chose who has rules and who doesnt, some residents are allowed to have objects by their front doors when others can't even have a doormat to watch their feet off of.. trash is always all over the place instead of in the dumpster outside the dumpster all over the ground I wouldn't recommend this place for... anybody.

Linden Manor Apartments
The Linden Manor apartments are an affordable complex in a decent area near the local University and Community College. I chose this complex because I am a student and needed somewhere affordable to live. This complex wouldn't be my first choice, but they are nice enough for the price and close to my school. As I said, I am a student and I live paycheck to paycheck so help with rent would be unbelievable!!!

Price is good just need better management. I am ready to move where there is a washer.and dryer in unit.
