Think twice....
My husband and I lived here for a year. Everything was okay at first but we started noticing things towards the end of our lease. The office staff would not answer our calls/ return our messages once we gave our notice that we were moving out. We did not receive our security deposit back and had to pay, as they claimed we damaged the apartment (my husband and I were the only ones who lived here and were rarely home). Aside from normal wear and tear, the apartment was not in bad condition as they... claimed. When we asked for the pictures of the damage, we were told we could come in to see them as they could not be emailed from an iPad (when they knew we had moved out of state and this was not possible). We finally received pictures after contacting upper management (multiple times) weeks later, but it did not show all “damages” they claimed. To avoid any issues as we were in the process of purchasing a home, we paid the fees. We do not recommend living here. The price is too high for what you’re getting (no dishwasher, poor paint job/flooring job, dog poop everywhere, homeless people in the trashcans and around the complex, poor management, hot water turned off randomly and constantly) and the headaches you’ll deal with. The only good thing here was the responsiveness of the maintenance team (Gaspar).
