Great place to live

I've lived for a few months and it's been great. The owner and management company renovated all the apartments. There was some noise when they were renovating but that has ended. My neighbors are nice and it's quiet here.

New neighbors

New neighbors are rude and loud early in the morning, they have LOUD DOGS barking at night during the day and early in the morning. Management is also new takes a long time to get back at you or to fix anything. Also as someone else mentioned the alarms do go off randomly.

If you want to be awaken at midnight

Constantly, or 6am on your day off, please move here! The fire alarm goes off constantly and it is extremely loud. The new management takes over an hour to turn it off. Also the new management takes so long just to respond to anything, not to solve but to respond!!! Stay away!!

Cute apartment complex

What th everything you need such as washer dryer and dishwasher dishwasher fireplace is a bonus in own complex. Larger than your average apartment. Own garage/ garage space. Great area and owner is working n what needs to be done at least 2xs a week. Not sure why people have rated this building so low. Have been living here for a few months now. Very quiet area not overcrowded at all
