Long time tenant

I've been living in these apartments for 27 years I love living here it's nice area it's quiet everything is around me I never have problems with things to get fixed to me it's a great place to have a family because all the schools are around you

HORRIBLE & DISGUSTING

These apartments may look decent, but they are disgustingly filled with roaches. The appliances that come with each unit are old, used, or broken down. There is NO central air or heat (just an AC box placed on the wall where its blocked by a kitchen table. The hardwood floors are scratched and have paint spots from everytime they paint the unit. Bathroom fixtures break easily. Even worse there is only one maintenance man who takes forever to repair things with a bad attitude, and management is… no different. God forbid you need repairs when the office closes cause then your're on your own. Too many loud tenants, slamming doors, and leaving there trash and dog poo everywhere!!! If you complain, it is received like you want trouble. Rent at your own risk!!!!

Nightmare Cockroach Infestation

Major cockroach infestation. The laundry facilities are dirty, unsanitary and far to expensive too wash and dry. The apartment units look nice at first site with new cabinets, hardwood floors, and carpet in the bedrooms BUT it's a nightmare that hides the horror of a cockroach infestation. The rent has gone up, there is a big security deposit, and you need to have 1st months rent no matter what day you move in. This apartment complex is needs new management to help the upkeep of the property,… laundry facilities, and meet the concerns of their tenants. Why pay a huge security deposit if you need to buy pesticides to live comfortably!!!

We're so sorry to hear that you're experiencing some ongoing issues, but we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We would like to clarify that pest control services are provided to the property every two weeks and to each unit upon… resident request. If you are in need of these services please reach out so we can get you scheduled for treatment. Our laundry facilities are cleaned daily during the week and also receive our bi-weekly pest control service. We have been in contact with the company that owns the laundry machines to get an upgrade. In regards to rent and deposit, we follow a standard company policy that is to be paid at move-in. This is a set amount of $750 but may increase depending on credit history. We would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to help in any way we can, please let us know if you have any questions or would like to further discuss your concerns. We look forward to speaking with you!

WORST EXPERIENCE

WORST PLACE TO LIVE, AT FIRST EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD, CLEAN, SECURE BUT SOME HOW PROPERTY HAS GONE DOWN; THERE IS NO MANAGER OR ASSISTENT MANAGER ON SITE MOST OF THE TIME, LAUNDRY ROOM IS FILTHY, PARKING LOTS AND TRASH AREAS ARE DIRTY AND SMELLING, MOST OF THE GATE FENCES LOCK ARE BROKEN AS WELL THE ONE ON THE POOL, MAINTANANCE TAKE DAYS TO FIX PROBLEMS ON APARTMENTS AND WHEN IT GET FIX THEY LEAVE A MESSED FOR YOU TO CLEANED UP , THEY CHARGE $ 100 FOR A GARAGE AND THEY ONLY HAVE 4, IF YOU WANT A… PATIO IS $ 100 MORE AND EXTRA AIR CONDITIONER $ 25 EACH, BATHTUB GLAZED PEEL OF FEW MONTHS AFTER WE MOVE IN AND SHERYL (MANAGER) DIDNT WANTED TO GET IT FIX SHE STATED THAT THEY WILL FIXED ONCE WE MOVE OUT AND IF YOU GIVE DEPOSIT THEY DON'T REFUND TO YOU AND WILL LOOK FOR ANY EXCUSE FOR NOT TO.
