Move In Wonderful experience. Excited to start our new journey here in Rocklin. Tia is absolutely wonderful.

Best Move in Experience Ever!! Tia is amazing and walked us through every step and kept us up-to-date with everything. We originally looked here months ago but the availability just wasn't working for us. Came back after looking at others and they had one available at the perfect time for us! So maybe it was meant to be :) Opened the doors of our new home and we were welcomed by a cute welcome basket filled with some essentials and champaign and wine glasses! Our ice was made and we had a few… cold drinks in the fridge and toilet paper already on the rolls! There were cute little sticky notes that explained a few things. We absolutely appreciated everything and feel that we have made the right decision moving here and plan to stay until we hopefully buy a house! :) Read More

Quiet & clean I have lived at Emerald Pointe for about almost a year and a half with my brother! Tia, Kristie and Antonio are incredible, friendly, and always so helpful no matter what you might need. The front office is always impeccably clean. The landscaping is kept well and I really enjoy all the different plants and the huge trees in the community. The office puts on fun activities sometimes or will have a coffee truck pull up with free coffee for residents, which I think is really really… nice. With the sense of community being slowly lost in this new modern world, I really appreciate efforts like that to bring people together. Guest parking is somewhat lacking on my end of the community, neighbors can be hit or miss, dumpsters begin to overflow sometimes. This community is in a prime location in Rocklin - tucked behind a quiet grocery store, the surrounding neighborhood is very nice and there is a park nearby. Feels like home We have been living here for almost 8 months and we are loving it. Despite some hiccups with a broken AC, we wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The neighborhood, the people, the vibe, are all what makes this place feel like home. When we need to speak with anyone in the office, we mostly engage with Tia, and she is always so kind. We hope to live here for a long time!
