Love This Complex Lived here for many years and absolutely love this place! The leasing office staff are amazing along with the maintenance staff. They are very kind. This is a great place to live!

Poor Management and Unprofessional Treatment I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here has been frustrating. Management was not very helpful when concerns were raised regarding property damage and unit conditions. Instead of feeling supported, I felt that my concerns were dismissed and responses mainly focused on liability disclaimers.
The condition of my apartment after transferring units was also disappointing, including visibly damaged cabinets that management considered acceptable... .
Additionally, one staff member, Jayline, came across as rude and dismissive during communications, which made the situation even more frustrating. Professionalism and empathy toward residents seemed lacking.
While there were some attempts to accommodate concerns, such as reassigning a carport, the overall experience left me disappointed. Future residents should carefully review the lease terms and thoroughly inspect their unit before moving in

Parking Apartment complex is a good place to live and for most part is quiet. The parking for residents could be better.

For me being a four time home owner Hazel Wood is a slice of paradise. Well managed clean neat and meticulously maintained with plenty of amenities to offer. I have had the opportunity to meet a few of the residents here at Hazel Wood in a short time of moving into Hazel Wood and they were awesome. Hazel Wood appears to be a well knit community with great respect for each other.

Management is CRAZY, and always fighting in the parking lot with spouse late at night. During covid the pools and gym were closed but the manager would hold parties in the pool for their guests only. They will tell you to provide payments in blank money orders. you can hear neighbors arguing all the time, laundry theifs, 2 robberies in the parking lot. just nonsense.
