Terrible Management

Awful management. Every time I call into the office or email the manager i get the run around or ignored. Sent multiple complaints of upstairs neighbor being too loud during quiet hours and get no responses back. Also a battery was apparently missing from one of my smoke detectors in my apartment which is not a huge deal but they take it to the extreme and write me a lease violation lol. Good luck future renters!

Apartment Living

I currently live in the Rocklin area and these apartments are newer and by great neighborhoods. I have lived in Rocklin for the last 16 years now and this apartment complex is a great addition to the area. Gives everyone another opportunity in the community to live in a nice area and apartment.
