Management don’t care just want money!

I would give zero stars if i could. Just moved into our 3 bedroom supposedly luxury apartment that we pay an awful lot for. As I’m writing the review it’s officially been 5 days us living here and everyday has been more miserable than the last. We have downstairs neighbors with a sound system that blast bass all day long you feel the vibrations your wall shakes and i can hear exactly what they’re watching! We let management know immediately and i truly believe they could care less. For the… amount of money we pay this problem should been addressed the first day but here we are day 5.

I would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent place to live, to come here at Bell Rohnert Park. It is very Family and Pet orientated. The Apartments are great and has everything I need. Management ( Claire) is an awesome Manager and I feel that is very important when looking for a place to live. She is understanding, personable and very easy to talk with about any issues you may have. Maintenance ( Edwin) is very personable. You can rest assure that Edwin can fix anything and He is very… knowledgeable. He is very prompt. They both make living here awesome and I wouldn't want to continue living here without them. They help make our Community a team. The location of Bell Rohnert Park is very great. We have everything we need around us. ( Groceries, Gas Stations, Freeway, and Great Restaraunts.) The Amenities are also great. We have a beautiful pool, Gym. Our mail and packages are secure. This is the greatest place to live. I would recommend living here to everyone.
