Happy Tenant
Wanted to take a moment to write a review related to the new management (Manager). There have been almost immediate positive impacts, including cleanliness on and around the property, professional customer service with a great response time. I had a small issue and was able to communicate with the new manager. While speaking with the new manager, she actually listened, was caring and even provided several solutions. I normally do not go out of my way to provide a review, however with the past... management being unorganized I wanted to acknowledge the new manager. Great job and I’m a happy tenant.

New management running the place down.
I have moved out. The management missed appointments for the move out review. Old management was very responseove.
The maintenance dept. is pretty good.
There are aggressive dogs off leash and dog poop everywhere outside.

I love the Bell Mt. Tam community, most of the residents are so friendly. Very dog friendly which is a bonus!!! I would like to give very high praises for Roman, the property manager. Every time I have a question he is always there with an answer and a smile!!! Debbie Fuller
