Cantebury downs apartments
I have been here for almost 2 years and love it . The managers Nick and Ed are really great , so are the maitenence guys. everything is very clean around the grounds including the swimming ppol and jacuzzi areas. every year they throw a big community bar b que were they do the cooking ! i missed it this year from other plans but went ;last year and the fod was wonderful and it was alot of fun. they also have free movies (dvd and blu ara ) up at the office that you can check out for free, they... give you soda's and popcorn to take with the movies which i really enjoy . i feel very secure there and hope i am going to be able to stay for the upcoming few years ahead of me.

Canterbury downs
We have lived here for about a year and a half, the staff is great along with all the Neighbors. Very quite and family oriented complex. The complex is kept very clean, lots of amenities. Only complaint is when our lease is up they raised the rent A LOT, a way bigger increase than I have ever had any where. Definitely worth checking out for a short term living situation. Ed in the office is awesome, always very helpful and happy to see us.

Canterbury Downs
I have lived here for 6 years, and I enjoy the quietness and friendly staff. Its close to just about everything you need; grocery stores, shopping malls, public transportation. They have State of the Art workout equipment as well.
