Great apartments

I have been living here for the past 5 years and must say i enjoy everyday out of it.The Stoneridge apartments have great staff on site that is extremely helpful in any way.There is a great amenities ,the place is very clean they maintain and clean every day .Most of the apartments come with a garage.It is situated next to elementary school which i like makes my life a lot easier just to walk my kids to school.Will definately recommend Stoneridge Apartments .

Stone Ridge Apartments

These apartments are extremely family friendly in such an incredible area. Roseville has grown to have a lot of hustle and bustle but I love that these are close, but still in an area far from the chaos. We have trails close by and I love that we're up on a hill. The people in the office are so awesome and understanding no matter what your situation is. I think my only complaint is the cost of the apartments. But honestly, the cost of this area is rising like crazy anyways. I think that they… would do well to have some renovations because some of the appliances seem cheap, but not to the extent that it bothers me. We got a pretty good deal on our particular apartment.

StoneRidge - A Stone's Throw Away From Paradise

StoneRidge is a beautiful complex located at the top of the hill on Alexandra Drive in East Roseville and surrounded by several high end gated home communities. It will be 2 years in mid August that we've been at StoneRidge and are very pleased with our apartment and the overall community. The grounds are always meticulously maintained and our immediate neighbors are cordial and relatively quiet. The management team are personable and are very responsive to any repairs we request for the… apartment. They are also good at putting together community activities to encourage tenant interaction. My only suggestion would be to have the property owner invest in apartment upgrades. The apartments are nice, but a few additional upgrades such as Granite counters, wood flooring, newer appliances, crown molding, etc. would make these apartments exceptional. There are other apartment communities in the Roseville area who have invested in these type of upgrades. They may be surprised to find that people would be willing to pay a little more in rent for the nicer upgrades. Overall, it's an apartment community I'd recommend to anyone.
