Sound proof is terrible

There are quite a few children living in this apartment complex, and not all of them are well supervised, which can make the environment feel less considerate at times. Management doesn’t seem to be very strict when it comes to enforcing rules around children noises. On top of that, the soundproofing is pretty poor, so even with windows closed and the AC on, noise still carries easily. It’s common to hear loud, ongoing screaming during the day for a few hours. When it stays bright until 8:30pm… or later in summer, children screams can continue well into the evening. Falling asleep to the sound of kids yelling or crying isn’t unusual.

Don’t even bother

Do try to contact these people it’s a scam they take your money and they never return calls. They are unprofessional with dealing with clients and they feed you bull when calling about your status on your application. Please do yourself a favor a save yourself the cash cause it’s not worth the hassle these people give you. I suggest you Head this warning and run from this place don’t get sucked into it I’m not the only one giving it a bad review. There are bad reviews for a reason people. No one… just takes time out of their lives to post something this long if it really didn’t happen ok !!

Woodcrest

Apartments are old built in early 70's. Have lots of maintenance issues takes a very long time for repairs to be done waiting over 8 months to get fan fixed.
Grounds are well maintained, swimming pool is very clean and maintained weekly. Front gate breaks down often so security is not number one there is ample parking for residence and visitors. there are storage lockers in car ports. Apartment's are located in convenient location to buss, schools, and shopping. Its quiet, no issues with… noise or pets. Manager is very young and not good a getting things done in a timely manor.
