I think you as a management staff are great! You have been very responsive and great to work with. The community overall is great. My only complaint would be the lack of common courtesy that some residents display in terms of noise level and picking up after their dogs or cats. I'm not sure what more could be done than actually installing cameras and fining residents.

Broadleaf is a pet friendly community with updated apartments and great amenities (a gym, a pool, and a barbecue are). The landscaping is well maintained and the staff is friendly and responsive.
