I would not recommend living at this apartment complex due to serious safety and management concerns. The property constantly has issues with homeless individuals and prostitution taking place on or around the premises, which makes residents feel unsafe. The security gate is almost never working properly, and parking is extremely limited and poorly managed.
Sunrise Management also seems to have a very high turnover rate, which creates a lack of consistency and professionalism. The new manager... , Fernando, has been especially unprofessional in the way he speaks to residents. He often talks down to grown adults as if they are unintelligent and has shown very poor communication and customer service skills.
Overall, the property feels poorly managed, unsafe, and not well maintained. Residents deserve to feel secure and respected where they live, and unfortunately this complex does not provide that experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take all concerns regarding safety and community standards very seriously. Management routinely reviews local call logs for police activity in and around the community. Based on our ongoing... reviews, there have been no reported calls related to prostitution or homeless activity at the property. While we understand that any concerns of this nature can be unsettling, matters involving illegal activity are under the jurisdiction of local law enforcement, and residents are always encouraged to report such concerns directly so they can be properly addressed. Informing management will also aide in finding solutions.
Additionally, both onsite and corporate management teams have been present in the community several evenings a week and have not observed or received verified reports of the activities described. New brighter lighting has been placed around the community to discourage unwelcomed trespassing. Our team remains actively engaged in maintaining a comfortable and welcoming environment for all residents.
Regarding the gate access, there was a recent power outage affecting one side of the community caused by damaged wiring. During that time, a vendor was onsite making necessary repairs, which required that one gate to remain open temporarily to ensure resident access. This issue has since been addressed.
Our team is committed to professionalism, consistent service, and continuous improvement. We understand that unforeseen issues can be frustrating for everyone, and we share that frustration when situations arise outside of our control. That said, we are proud of the progress being made and the positive feedback we continue to receive from many residents regarding both property improvements and the level of service provided.
