Disorganized and Unprofessional Management
This place is a security failure. Cars get broken into, mailboxes get broken into, and packages get stolen—constantly. The call box doesn’t even work, so anyone can walk right in.
There are prostitutes, transients, and homeless people on the property like it’s normal. Vehicles are vandalized all the time.
Assigned parking is a joke. People take whatever spots they want, including handicap spaces, and management does nothing.
When confronted, management’s response? “It’s the area.” No—it’s... your job to secure the property, and you’re failing.
Sunrise Management is lazy, unprofessional, and completely ineffective. They do not care about tenant safety, and it shows.
There have been at least five different managers since Sunrise Management took over—constant turnover with zero stability.

Hi there, we apologize to hear that you are feeling frustrated with your experience at Continental Terrace. We do want to clarify that our staff has taken reasonable, documented steps to address your concerns, investigate reported issues, and... implement preventative measures. For example, our maintenance team responded quickly to your recent maintenance request, and they were able to fix the issue that you reported within 24 hours. We are also actively working to improve the parking plan. In the meantime, we are continuing to monitor the situation and encourage residents to report any concerns so we can address them quickly. No similar issues have been reported. We obtained approval for courtesy patrol for additional visibility on the property and our director has personally visited the property multiple times at late hours of the night for property walks to investigate your reports of disturbances and documented these property visits. These visits reflected a quiet community with light residential traffic, adequate lighting, and no observable disturbances. We remain committed to maintaining a high standard of service and addressing concerns within our control with professionalism and care. We would be happy to assist you with any unresolved concerns.
