Core Natomas

I have received excellent service from both “The Core” management and maintenance workers.

I’ve had a great experience at Core Natomas. The community is well maintained, and the maintenance team is responsive and helpful. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to live.

Incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone about concerns. They’re not in the office when they’re supposed to be, they don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to voicemails, and don’t answer emails. On the rare occasion that the person who works in the office is actually there, she’s rude and unhelpful.

The pictures don't do this location justice. It's paradise...warm, inviting, lots of amenities, well-maintained, and my home. It's my sanctuary. I live with breast cancer, I am going through a large life change, and health issues, and we felt wanted and heard from 1st experience. Proud to call the Core, our home.

One of the nicest apartment complex I have lived in so far. Good location and quick access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc; as well as close access to city center. The amenities of this community are fantastic and well maintained. The property management is very friendly and maintains very good communication with frequent updates.
