Incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone about concerns. They’re not in the office when they’re supposed to be, they don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to voicemails, and don’t answer emails. On the rare occasion that the person who works in the office is actually there, she’s rude and unhelpful.

The pictures don't do this location justice. It's paradise...warm, inviting, lots of amenities, well-maintained, and my home. It's my sanctuary. I live with breast cancer, I am going through a large life change, and health issues, and we felt wanted and heard from 1st experience. Proud to call the Core, our home.

One of the nicest apartment complex I have lived in so far. Good location and quick access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc; as well as close access to city center. The amenities of this community are fantastic and well maintained. The property management is very friendly and maintains very good communication with frequent updates.

It's fine if you're on the top floor. I would not recommend moving here if you will have neighbors above you. That being said, the apartments are nice, we love the appliances, location, and amenities offered. Parking can be a nightmare if you have more than one vehicle and get here after 8pm.

The building looks nice but the management is horrible. Poor service and a staff there once told me she is doing me a favor by helping me when I had a question considering the fact that I pay my bills to live there.
