The staff here is great. Ragan is the best - She's always patient and friendly, and answers all of my questions. She's professional and knowledgeable. The apartment is great, and they're responsive to problems. It feels relaxing and enjoyable, I love using the gym when needed and I adore the view on the outside of the apartment, it’s breeze and calming at the same time. Recommend

Been here for almost two years, management is very friendly and if any problems arise they quickly resolve it or do their best to resolve it as soon as possible.

This place has some decent units, but be careful so you don't get into the horrible ones! I recently transferred apartments within the complex and was given a unit that was barely cleaned or maintained. After a lot of "we professionally cleaned it and it is fine", the management acknowledged the issue and allowed me to transfer to another apartment that was clean, but it was not really what I wanted.

They will also keep all of your deposit when you move out and won't send you the itemized list… of expenses with receipts within 21 days, which is legally required in CA. After I specifically asked for receipts, they admitted that they didn't have them and needed to wait a week to produce them for only part of the deposit. And those receipts still did not show that the work was done within 21 days of moving out.

It is very hard to make the management here understand anything and this place seems to be going downhill. (Ragan at the front desk, however, is fantastic!) Avoid if you have an alternative. Read More
