I chose this place because of the location and that it was a gated community. However, my issue is with having to pay for pest monthly when I've only used it twice a year. Also that they charge you a service fee for their software they use divide up utility costs. My January utility statement was $122, so let that be your guide. Plus, you have to pay for laundry, which I normally wouldn't mind but there's a dryer that says that's been fixed but doesn't work, so you pay more to have to dry twice.... All these little things add up, so be prepared to fork over some cash. Other than that, walls are thin so I can hear my neighbors talk at regular volume. Good place but not worth the price. This is the perfect place for me. It is very quiet, clean, close to stores, shops, movie theaters and the Arden mall. Every year the state fair is held within a 5 minute drive from my front door. There are two pools and a nice laundry facility on the property. I have had no issues of feeling unsafe or insecure since I first arrived here over 3 years ago. The management and staff have been very helpful and responsive to all of my needs. If I could give more stars... I certainly would. Great... place to live. Brian Read More
