How Is This Rating Determined?

Management makes promises they don’t keep

Avoid Unit 278. You’ll end up living below the loudest, most disruptive, and inconsiderate tenant imaginable. Despite being notified multiple times, this person’s behavior hasn’t changed—even after management claimed they’d spoken to them four times. It’s debatable whether they ever spoke with them.

LINQ did offer to let me transfer units… with a $200/month rent increase. This came after they initially promised I could move without a rent hike—an agreement they later walked back on... .

Disappointing experience overall.
