I have been here 9 years and everything is an excuse for not fixing or replacing anything properly but most disturbing are the roaches coming out of the walls, carpet, and baseboards. You lost a great tenant

It definitely is a lot of violence and roaches. There is black mold. Maintenance is cool. Office is iffy. Notes on your door every other week. Kids messing with your car. Ive had to replace 3 tires in 2 months. They hired better security. It can be better if they stop just moving ppl in because once they leave office we have to deal with them.

My apartment is located in a family orientated area of the south side of Sacramento. I am a single parent with one child and I am disabled on SSI. We live because this all I could afford but what I like is it's a gated and has security which it makes it safe. The only thing is they change managers every year. But other than that it's alright.
