Terra Bella Apartments

This has been the worst place that I have ever lived. Our kitchen light has been out for about a month now. We are not able to use our kitchen, taking into consideration that it is winter and it gets dark at about 5 PM. In addition, it is extremely difficult to get in contact with the property manager, Leslie. She keeps saying that they are working on it. However, nobody has contacted us to set a time and place to come work on it. She is extremely disrespectful to her tenants. Everyone in the... building is aware of it and have a difficult time contacting her. I am not a person to complain very often but feel the need to share my experience for people that consider moving to this complex for their sake.

After new ownership this place has gone down hill. The hot water is always cold after submitting 4 requests to fix it. The pool has been shut down from the start of Covid. One of the dryers also hasn't worked in a while which causes everyone having to wait on others for longer time periods. The gates haven't been fixed in over a year, so random people... park in our designated parking spots all the time. Last summer my AC unit broke and I was stuck staying in hotels when the temp inside my apartment reached 100 degrees. They did absolutely nothing to make up for the expense of hotel bills I had to pay for 6 days when I couldn't stay in my apartment.

Anytime there is something wrong it seems like the solution provided by the owner is to just move somwhere else. I really wish it was different but sad to say that is what you get currently here at Terra Bella IMG II appartments. Read More

This building does NOT have controlled access. The security gates have been "under repair" and are left open 24 hours for the last 3 months with no estimated time of completion. The laundry facility are disgusting (there is old, moldy soap in the dispensing compartments). My air conditioner has broke twice in the last year and getting someone out to do maintenance has proved to be a challenge (constant reschedules and needing to come back because it was not fixed on the first go around.
