Thank you for the improvements

As another property owner down the street, I’ve noticed a lot of improvements at The Canopy recently. The exterior updates and general upkeep are noticeable, and it’s clear there’s effort being put into maintaining the community. It’s always positive to see properties in the area being improved and taken care of.

Looking great!!

I’ve seen a lot of change happening at The Canopy! The community is under new ownership and management, and there’s active work happening to update the units, improve the courtyard, and increase overall security.

Renovations are ongoing, but communication has been solid and the improvements are noticeable. It feels like a place that’s being invested in and cared for, not ignored. I appreciate the transparency about the upgrades and what’s coming next, and I’m looking forward to seeing the...
finished result.
