Tour Scheduled but office was closed

I don't appreciate being made to drive 45 minutes to a complex only to find the office closed and no response from anyone. This was confirmed the day before as well as the day of. No reason for this kind of situation. I will not be rescheduling.

Caulking My shower attachment caulking needed redone as it had become loose from the wall. Within 10 minutes of being assigned my maintenance request, Chris had come and fixed the caulking problem. I appreciate his quick response. Thank you!

Maintenance Request Apt 45 I had submitted 3 requests over the holiday weekend. Chris came to my apartment on Tuesday morning. He first repaired the fallen cabinet door and then the loose toilet seat. The ac//heat he referred to a vendor. Chris was promt to respond and repair my probl ems and I very much appreciate that!! Thank you!
I am, now, waiting for the vendor to do their work on my ac/heat.
