Vehicle gate The vehicle gate is often not working allowing homeless and unauthorized persons to enter at will and roam around the property at night and on weekends. The landscaping is good and the overhead lights are finally working making it feel safer than before at night thanks to Chester. There were two break ins and some attempted break ins last summer. Having lights now working hopefully will deter criminals and make it safer for tenants. The pool is a nice amenity but had not been… supervised in recent years and pool hours were not enforced. Hopefully will be better this year with new security company contracted by the Davenport. Overall it could be a very nice community if safety, security and tenants welfare are a priority to managers and their superiors. Things have improved recently and (except for vehicle gate) hope it continues.

maintenance repair every time I put in a maintenance request, our maintenance guy fast to respond always communicate always let me know what he has done and if there's more work need to be done after he left never leaves a mess behind or respectful to my household. He always get five stars for me. Thank you so much.
