If interested in one of our rental properties, please submit an application along with your supporting documents as you will need to get pre-qualified before viewing the unit. We will process your application which can take up to 3-5 business days to complete. If approved, you will be scheduled an appointment to view the property with an agent. At the appointment, the holding deposit will be collected; if failed to bring a holding deposit, the application will automatically be cancelled.

All occupants 18 years or older must submit an application and pay a $45.00 screening fee, no exceptions. There must be NO evictions or judgments on any applicant's credit report.
