Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks, as fees will apply. Pets must be kept off beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees. Peak hours for EV charging (7 am to 11 pm) will incur the kilowatt time plus a $30 fee per use. Gardeners clean the yard every other Friday at 9 am. Trash and recycling should be put out on the curb on Wednesday nights for Thursday morning pickup. A 5% fee applies to all credit card processing for direct bookings, with refunds processed according to our refund policy minus any credit card processing fees.
