Gardeners clean the yard every other Friday at 9 am. Trash and recycling should be put out on the curb on Wednesday nights for Thursday morning pickup. A 5% fee applies to all credit card processing for direct bookings, with refunds processed according to our refund policy minus any credit card processing fees.
