San Diego's Pacific Beach neighborhood embodies Southern California’s chill vibe. Situated between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay, it's an ideal base for exploring major San Diego attractions. From wide, sandy beaches to trendy rooftop bars and unforgettable fish tacos, Pacific Beach offers a constant beach party atmosphere. Excellent breakfast and brunch options are available, and the area is very walkable, with easy access to Mission Beach. For other parts of San Diego, driving or using Uber/Lyft is recommended.
The condo provides self-check-in for a completely contactless experience, and a Ring Doorbell Camera is installed at the front door for your safety. Guests must sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. Violating strict rules may result in reservation cancellation without refund and immediate eviction. Occupants exceeding the declared number will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM, and no more than three additional guests are allowed on the premises at any time. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 9 PM, and only small speakers at low volume are allowed outside. A $500 fine applies for smoking on the property. Excess trash or dishes will incur fines, and furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving.
