The bathroom includes a bathtub, and the full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including plateware, flatware, cookware, a stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Additionally, you'll have access to a shared backyard, complete with lush turf for your furry friends and a patio featuring a comfortable seating area and dining table for four people. The property has one off-street parking space. Street parking is free and plentiful, and the home comes with one assigned parking space in the alley behind the property. We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $45 fee per pet per stay. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats at the property.

The property is 1 to 2 miles from downtown, a quick Uber to beautiful Coronado Island and its beach, and within a few miles of Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, and the fun neighborhoods of North Park, South Park, Golden Hill, and Hillcrest.
Guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile, including a clear photograph of your face. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property. Check-in is 4 PM or later, and check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay. No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises; doing either will result in eviction from the property and may also result in law enforcement involvement. No animals are allowed on the beds or any of the furniture. If you leave the property, your pet either joins you or stays in their crate. If there are any pet-related damages, you will be required to cover any repair or replacement costs. Please keep any barking or crying that will disturb neighbors to a minimum. Please do your best to clean up after your pet before check-out. The property is 100% smoke-free, including both private and communal areas, the unit itself, and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit. We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests.
