Visit our company website to find the unit you are interested in and click "Apply Now". All of our applications must be completed online through our website. Each person planning to live at the property (that is over the age of 18) MUST submit an application for approval.

REQUIREMENTS TO RENT:
1. Minimum household gross income of 3x the monthly rent.
2. A good credit score and clean history (No collections, No evictions, No negative accounts)
3. Proof of income. Income can include assistance such as child support, food stamps, section 8, etc.
Note: When applying, please be sure to include clear proof of income (w-2, paystubs, tax returns, etc.) We do not accept screenshots of accounts (documents submitted must be a PDF copy of the statement showing full name, dates & account details).
4. A Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
5. Valid, current, government issued Photo ID.
6. You must obtain or currently have and be willing to transfer a Renter's Insurance Policy.
7. A $45.00 (per applicant) processing fee, must accompany each application submitted.

Once your application has been processed and approved, you will be sent a copy of the lease for review and signature within 24 hours from application approval. The lease must be Sign and the Security Deposit must be delivered to our office within 2 days of approval. The deposit must be paid in certified funds made payable to "McKee Properties". This payment must also be in the form of certified funds. After your 1st month's payment, all future payments may be paid by personal check, electronic transfer, or online through your tenant portal (a 3% fee does apply for credit & debit card payments.
