3. Income Requirements:
All applicants must demonstrate verifiable income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, or 2.5 times their portion of the rent if using a housing subsidy.
If receiving temporary housing assistance, applicants must provide verifiable income or other lawful proof of ability to pay the full rent after the subsidy ends, in accordance with SB 267 and San Diego Source of Income laws.
4. Move-In Date: Must be ready to move in between July 5 and July 31.
5. Eviction History: No prior evictions for any adult applicant.
6. Pet Policy: up to 2 pets may be considered, depending on breed and weight.
