5-minute walk to Mission Bay. I have two beach cruisers, an easily inflatable Stand Up Paddleboard , several beach chairs, a Toucan and/or Flamingo floaties.

Across the road is Mission Bay Golf Course (it's only a 9-hole ) and feel free to use the clubs on the porch but they're nothing special.

You're in luck!... there's the rare and elusive working Air Conditioning AND heating....that you're probably not going to need.
