The house includes an additional guest studio in the back, which is completely detached with no shared walls. Street parking can be challenging at times, so be mindful of street sweeping days to avoid parking tickets. The washer and dryer are located on the patio of the guest studio and are the only shared aspect of the property. The HVAC system can heat and cool the house, and a space heater is available in the closet if needed. A landscaper maintains the courtyard a few times per month and may visit on Thursdays or Fridays, entering with a code. A Good Neighbor Policy document must be signed online prior to check-in. The parking space for one vehicle is located behind the house, accessible through an alley with a rolling wood gate. The remote to open the gate is inside the house and should be left there upon check-out. Trash cans are located in the front right corner of the house, behind a white gate with code 112.
