Violating strict rules may result in cancellation without refund and immediate eviction. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10PM. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind on the property with a fine of $500. No pets allowed. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. Wednesday is trash day.
