I have found my time here to be extraordinary. From the high-quality construction to the great staff, regarding housekeeping, maintenance and management. I continue to recommend this property to friends and colleagues around the country. Very pleased. My dog could not ask for a better place to live being right across from the park. And not only that but gets treats every time that he comes in at the front door (provided by 525)…!

I have never used 100% of the amenities before in a community. But this place I have! This place has been my home for 4 years and I have loved every moment of it.

525 Olive provides luxury and security, with a wonderful staff on all levels. For all its amenities, it is also affordable, given comparable prices for high-end apartments.

I know after living in San Diego for many years that it has some of best views in San Diego. Lastly, the staff always have a light and lively attitude with an ardent desire to always be of help. To the degree that they can (given whatever the situation).
