Movie nights are covered with a 60" curved Smart TV above the decorative fireplace. One of the best perks? This is the only unit in the building with an attached garage that opens directly into the living room, super convenient for unloading beach gear or groceries. The kitchen is fully renovated with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials to whip up anything from a quick snack to a family dinner. It’s stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and basics like salt, pepper, and oil. There’s also a coffee maker and toaster to make mornings easy. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests.

Noise complaints may result in fines from $300 to $1000, and repeated violations may lead to eviction. The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Please close windows and balcony doors if playing music or talking loudly. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible for an additional fee if the schedule allows. A non-negotiable cleaning fee applies to every stay. The apartment is equipped with a starter set of toilet paper and paper towels. Guests are responsible for providing their own beach towels, chairs, and other beach items.
