Smoking is prohibited on the premises and any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250 fine. Self check-in is available anytime after 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available due to cleaning schedules. The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced with no more than 8 guests per unit allowed at any given time.
