2. Positive Rental References (Five years past, paid on-time, no lease violations, no balance owed, etc.)
3. Gross Monthly Income (Proof that gross household income is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.)
4. Your Lease Start Date (Looking to start the lease within 1 week of the listing available date.)
