bring your ear plugs
Dogs barking, noisy neighbors, if you can live on the top floor because the ceilings are made from papier-mâché and you can hear every footstep from the person above you especially if they have a dog. It’s almost unlivable in my opinion there is never silence apart from maybe 2-3 hours in the very early morning if you’re lucky. Until they crack down on inconsiderate tenants. Avoid avoid avoid.

Hi Tyler, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern. If you experience noise issues after hours, we encourage you to contact both our office and Courtesy Patrol after hours so they can address it in real time. We understand that... transitioning from a house to an apartment can be an adjustment, and some everyday noise from neighbors is part of apartment living. That said, your comfort is important to us. If you’d like to explore transferring to a top-floor unit, we’d be happy to help you find an option that may be a better fit for you. - AMP 3- Team
