Management is changing a lot. Some work orders have been slow/not completed but major issues are resolved. Community areas are a bit lacking - wish there was more laundry rooms and a hot tub.

My experience here has been very good and the management is beyond helpful, they are quick to assist you and quick to resolve issues, the only thing i would say is the pool areas need some attention

I absolutely love Arrive. They have been so helpful. Everything is so quiet and so clean and so peaceful., if there’s a problem with my unit like the garbage disposal is not working they’ll come fix it or replace it. No questions asked the management staff is so considerate and so understanding. I absolutely love living here.

We just moved in mid January. So far it has been pleasant. Currently in a 3 bedroom at Arrive. We love the location. The space is very nice. The patio is a good size to host. The amenities are great. Parking is quite difficult so hosting is tricky. Other than that, we’re enjoying Arrive so far.
