Great place to live. Management is amazing. Friendly and efficient when request a repair. It is close to restaurants and trolley is a friendly travel near old town and cosco.

Arrive is great! The front desk staff are super helpful and they always keep the facilities clean and working. Maintanence is super responsive and love having food options so close.

I just moved in to Arrive Mission Valley and things couldn’t be smoother. To start off, the staff is very friendly and welcoming when we toured the unit we signed the lease for. Also when we put in our first maintenance request, they were here in under an hour and super helpful. Security is also on the inside and outside of the complex, which makes me feel extra safe. The facility itself is very nice and clean and the amenities such as the pool, barbecues, gym, game room, and movie theater are… very nice. Glad I found this place!

Good so far have not had a complaints except the neighbors above can be loud. And the elevators could be better, they tend to take a while. But no other complaints

Smooth move in process! The ladies in the office were able to answer all of my questions. Our neighbors are all lovely as well. Some maintenance issues right off the bat but that’s normal in apartment living.
