Stay away

I have lived here for several years now. I have watched this place go from an amazing place to live to an absolute dump. This is NOT a safe environment to live in. There has been stabbings and shootings at the complex over the past year. Broken glass is frequently found by the pool area. Security gates are frequently broken so anyone can enter in/out as they please. To no surprise, the shooting occurred when all gates were broken. Motorcylces have been stolen and cars are always getting broken… into. Some neighbors have even had their homes broken into. The "security" guards they have don't monitor anything for safety. All they care about is making sure everyone is out of the pool by 10 PM. Most of the time, no one is actually even on site.

This used to be a fun party place but now it is just out of control. I have seen groups of 15+ people hanging out by the pool and grills and not a single one of them will be a resident. There will be minors frequently out there way too intoxicated/high and get carried out by their friends. The hot tub has so much chlorine in it I know many who have developed skin rashes/fungal infections from it.

The laundry machines have not been consistently working for over a year. The complex will not take responsibility for this and blames a 3rd party vendor for this.

If you still decide to live here, expect your rent to increase at least $150 every time your lease expires. The office will promise a luxury lifestyle with high-end amenities and the quality has plummeted over the years. They no longer hold events, amenity hours are limited, gym equipment and basketball courts are frequently broken. There have been multiple rat infestations and the office does a poor job to address them. Honestly, I feel bad when I watch people moving in at this point because they'll soon be disappointed.

Apply and they will milk you for cash

Fees for everything, including cancellation of your APPLICATION. Also, if you are a sucker and do move in like me, don't forget to fill out the apartment condition paperwork or they will ding you for every little piece of damage that was there long before you.

Good, but expensive

First, the positive: The pool area is resort-like, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Any maintenance requests I placed were fixed within minutes. The location is perfect: just close enough to the bay/beach/bars to walk, and right next to a nice cluster of restaurants.
There was a handful of things which bugged me. The air conditioning barely worked (not that I needed it often). It is almost impossible to get cell service inside the apartments. The shower heads are really low (odd, but you… notice it the first time you try to shower), and there are a bunch of doors that lead to nowhere (I had to open 3 pointless doors to get to/from the laundry room). Pretty much everyone owns a dog, so expect a lot of barking at night and dog hair everywhere.
Overall, I enjoyed living here, but it was not quite worth the price.

Shady

Very shady business. Because they have so many units there are always appartments available so prices change daily and team in the lobby is very aggressive. Very sales oriented (you feel like you in a car dealership). The team definitely is getting commission out of each sale.

This was a bad experience and I did not even move in!! Careful, don't sign anything.
